These Baby Formulas Don't Stop Asthma, Allergies

Hydrolyzed infant formulas may not protect babies from autoimmune disorders, research shows. Apparently, some parents have turned to the special cow’s milk formula to lower the risk of allergy, asthma, and type I diabetes which does not help. The findings also conflict with current international guidelines that recommended hydrolyzed infant formulas for young formula-fed infants with a family history of allergic disease.
