Dizziness: What You Need to Know

Dizziness is a major problem that has two distinct conditions — lightheadedness and vertigo. Lightheadedness is the feeling of being faint, wobbly, and off-balance whereas vertigo is the perception that the self or surrounding objects are whirling. Dizziness could be a sign of serious health conditions

Common causes of dizziness are standing up very quickly (leading to a drop in blood pressure), mild dehydration, low blood sugar problems, medications, overheating, and even heart problems. Dizziness is also common during pregnancy.
