Eating This Daily May Decrease Glaucoma Risk

A new study shows that eating green leafy vegetables daily decreased the risk of glaucoma by as much as 30%. Jae Kang, who is an assistant professor of medicine at Brigham and Women’s Hospital and Harvard Medical School, says that people who consumed these vegetables over many years lowered the risk of this serious eye disease by 20-30%
