After 2 radio-frequency ablations (not by me I don't do it) this left inferior turbinate remains enlarged and symptomatic. You can see the scar tissue inferiorly. But clearly no great reduction in turbinate volume. This man needs laser turbinoplasty under local anaesthetic to help his nose blockage and snoring.
