Stop post nasal drip

This iss a picture of the posterior choana, the back of the nose, taken from below, where post nasal drip starts to be felt. This patient had the feeling of something at the back of her nose on the right side, and kept snorting. I've treated her with salt water douches and steroid spray to start with. She may need posterior turbinoplasty. See the arrow shows a large and obstructing posterior inferior turbinate.
