Large tonsil stone arising from a cave-like defect in the right tonsil
This large tonsil stone was extruding from a deep cave like defect at the top of the right tonsil. It was suitable for laser vapourisation under local anaesthetic spray to permanently remove it and the surrounding tonsil tissue.
