"My daughter has suffered for years with Breathing problems & prescribed every Antihistamine on the market. Often with little effect. Finally a Doctors acknowledgeD that further investigations were needed. Via the NHS offered an X-ray. The waiting times a minimum of 6 months. Well we booked our appointment via BUPA, seen within a week. After an initial examination using a scan machine. It was identified that my daughters left nasal passage had clearly suffered a massive trauma and was really restricted. Unfortunately due to her age, we cannot get this fixed till she is 18. Also took blood tests, this revealed that she has several allergies. 2 types of grass, dust mites, birch pollen being the main irritants. M Dilkes prescribed a different medication that actually works. He was pleasant, the surgery very clean. We got the answers we needed to help our daughter. She now sleeps & that is so important."
