The arrow shows a deep hole in the left tonsil, which only looks small but this hole causes food to trap, which triggers a bad taste and tonsillitis. If you look closely you can see thin white fluid draining out. A sure sign there is a problem deeper in. This patient needs intracapsular laser Tonsil vapourisation.
