Snorer's Uvula: A give away sign on examination of the back of the throat

This is a swollen uvula, particularly the tip, which is paler than the rest as it contains fluid from swelling - caused by being bashed around at night whilst producing the classic snoring sound. Horizontal faint white lines go along with this swelling and are another sign of a hard night's snoring.
That’s an interesting note on uvula swelling and how it can relate to snoring and sleep apnoea, which makes me think how helpful it is to take short breaks, and I sometimes unwind with Drift Hunters for a quick, relaxing reset.
