Very long and thick uvula

This patient was suffering with postnasal drip and snoring. HD video endoscopy was otherwise normal. With a uvula as long as this it seems likely that it will be obstructing her throat and is therefore a major causative factor in her throat symptoms. It can be laser vapourised with a single injection to numb it.
