Postnasal drip sinusitis and blocked nose. These symptoms can be very off putting

Here is a case of mucopus constantly draining into the back of the nose and down into the throat. It can drop into the lungs via the voice box. It's why sinusitis and bronchitis are related. The arrow points to the stream of infective fluid draining down from the sinuses into the back of the throat.
