Tonsil stones and tonsillitis

Here's a picture emailed to me of mildly sore looking tonsils covered in holes and pits. The patient suffered from sore throats and tonsil stones, which triggered intermittent bad breath. The treatment is to laser vapourise both tonsils after local anaesthetic spray has numbed them. This makes them much smaller and usually eradicates most symptoms.
