How to treat tonsil stones

Tonsil stones are smelly whitish yellowish lumps that arise from the tonsils. They are a conglomeration of mouth debris and food. Small ones on the surface can be treated with gargles of specially designed mouthwashes. Deeper larger one usually need part of the tonsil removing by laser vapourisation under local anaesthetic spray.
