Laser tonsillectomy under general anaesthetic. A rare post op occurrence:

This looks like a cavity has developed inside the remnant of a general anaesthetic tonsillectomy that was already very unusual as it had to be done twice. Probably needs opening up with a further procedure under local anaesthetic spray. Not seen this before in over 2,000 cases I've done.
