Catarrh and postnasal drip - two problems that can lead to unpleasant throat and nose clearing.


This lumpy, irregular posterior (back) end of the inferior turbinate of the nose can be associated with chronic post nasal drip and catarrh.

Good morning. I usually try a combination of nasal sprays to see if it can be suppressed. Recalcitrant cases can have a posterior turbinoplasty under general anaesthetic. Mike Dilkes
