Lower cost ENT consultation

Searching for the best value in self pay ENT consultation is difficult, as most clinics are rather opaque with the numbers. It can look like a consultation is £250-300 which is the surgeons fee for seeing you. So you go along and on the way out are presented with a bill for over £500 as nobody told you:
