Tonsil stones, tonsillitis and bad breath are all linked

Here is a tonsil with an ulcer on its surface, causing throat and ear pain. It's not a pocket where tonsil stones and tonsillitis can develop from. This needs an MRI scan and a biopsy, before laser ablation.
